INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born networker with a desire to make a difference in people???s lives. As our newest insurancerepresentative, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
• Develop leads, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain current customers by understanding discounts and being positive
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Requirements
• Property & Casualty license is a must!
• Experience in the Insurance industry is an asset.
• Considerable experience in retail, customer service, and/or a call center environment
• Actively prospect and generate leads to establish, build and achieve target goals
• Familiar with retention with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual Abilities are a plus

Requirements
- Must be computer savy
- Must have an insurance license in the state of GA
