Requirements

Qualifications for an Insurance Producer:


- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

- Must be driven to be successful

- Willingness to learn

- Organizational skills and attention to detail are key

1. Do I have to be licensed?


To be considered for the job no. You will be required to obtain licensing in order to start your position officially. (We help with this)


2. Is prior insurance sales experience required?


No, we will provide all the training necessary to be successful in this career.


3. What type of training will I receive?


We invest in our team! We provide the industry leading, award-winning product training. This training narrows the focus to maximize your

position.


4. What can I expect to earn?


Salary range is $30,000 to $36,000 annually plus commission

Commission range is 5% to 10% or $1,000 to $10,000 per month

Benefits begin after 90 days

Paid days off accrue each month. 1 per month during 1st year


5. Will I have to purchase my own leads?

Absolutely not! We provide all of the leads.


6. What support staff is available?

We have supporting CSR’s, an agency manager and the owner/agent in office to help support our producers and their growth!


Responsibilities

What you will be doing:


1. Create insurance quotes, make sale presentations and close sales.


2. Includes prospecting, networking, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.


3. Talk with clients to assess risks, explain policy options, and recommend coverage tailored to individual situations.


4. Generating new business and identifying any potential cross-sells, financial leads or commercial opportunities.
