We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is driven, confident, and passionate about helping clients. This role offers a base salary, plus commission and bonus opportunities, with potential earnings between $40,500 and $80,000 annually. Requirements
  • Candidate must have an Active Property & Casualty Insurance License to be considered
  • Confident and persuasive phone presence, capable of leading sales conversations
  • Ability to stay composed and lead the conversation, even when dealing with difficult or confused prospects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with written expectations and meeting clear performance goals
Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Follow the established sales process to guide clients to the best coverage options
  • Read and understand policy contracts to explain them clearly to clients
  • Cross-sell insurance products to current clients to meet their evolving needs
  • Contribute to improving agency systems and protocols
  • Participate in daily warm-up calls to align with team goals
  • Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and present tailored solutions
