Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven ability to multitask, follow through on commitments, and follow up with prospects and clients effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Resilience in handling objections and rejection with professionalism
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales and build client relationships
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred but not required (we can help the right candidate obtain it)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed new business production goals and performance objectives.
- Develop accurate and competitive insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
- Engage prospective clients through outbound calls using telephones, auto-dialing systems, and digital communication tools.
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging phone, email, lead lists, and other outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities.
