We’re hiring a full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative to help support and grow our client base. In this role, you’ll provide high-level service, build client relationships, and identify opportunities to offer additional protection. This position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with the flexibility to work from home.

• Base Salary starting at $48,000
• Commission and bonuses average a year $27,000+
• Medical stipend: $3,000 annually
• Estimated first-year total compensation: $78,000+

• Property and Casualty license
• Previous insurance experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset

• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities
