Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must possess an active Nevada Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a closely related field is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand and respond to clients' insurance needs.
  • Enthusiastic & Driven: A positive attitude with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute positively to the workplace environment.
  • Local Presence: Must be willing and able to work on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Policy Evaluation: Assess current insurance policies to identify areas for improvement and offer beneficial alternatives.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote a variety of insurance products to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sale support to address any queries or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships within the community to increase brand awareness and customer base.
