We're seeking a relationship-focused Remote Sales Representative to guide prospective clients through the Long-Term Care insurance process. This role begins with qualifying and assisting inbound leads, then progresses to a full sales position with significant long-term earning potential. There is no cold calling involved. You will work directly with individuals who have already requested information, helping educate them on available options while building trust and providing meaningful solutions.

  • $50,000-$60,000 base salary based on experience
  • First-year earnings of $90,000-$100,000 in base, commissions, and bonuses

Requirements
  • Life & Health Insurance License is preferred
  • Prior sales or client-facing experience
  • Previous experience using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and e-application tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and guide conversations confidently
  • Highly self-motivated with strong personal accountability
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve
Responsibilities
  • Follow up with inbound leads who have requested information
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate Long Term Care solutions
  • Quote and assist clients through the application and policy issuance process
  • Work closely with leadership to continuously improve sales performance and processes
  • Provide feedback and ideas to help improve systems, workflows, and client experience
