Average income for financial professionals varies based on experience with first year earnings expected to be around 60-85k. Our top earners earned well over $1,000,000 in total compensation. Truly your income is up to you. Learn about all the support in compensation as you begin your journey in your first year, incentives, benefits, bonuses etc.

The role is hybrid and can be fully in office or combination of office and home based. The client interactions really determine the location. There is some important training and development along with mentors who support your journey best enjoyed when around them in office. There is flexibility to best help you get the job done.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Life, Accident, Health & FINRA Series 66 & 7 license (within 6 months of hire)

• Strong technical and analytical skills required (proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Skype, with the ability to navigate multiple applications during call handling)

• Positive, customer focused attitude with a desire to exceed customer expectations
