Need to have or willing to obtain necessary insurance license's
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
Handle billing questions, payments, and proof-of-insurance requests.
Maintain client records accurately within agency management systems
Assist with claims reporting and follow-up communication with carriers.
Support producers by preparing quotes, renewal summaries, and policy reviews.
Schedule client appointments and help manage agent calendars.
Identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities and refer to licensed producers.
Maintain compliance with all agency and carrier procedures.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds retention and referrals.
