Customer Service - Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
Job Overview
Primary responsibilities include resolving client policy issues, quoting new business, and trying to winback clients who have left. This role is a salary plus commission position enabling you to increase your annual salary. The CSSR position is a critical position in the agency as the person will focus on retention through customer satisfaction. As a licensed insurance professional you will be supported with continuous training & development to help achieve your goals.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Arizona P&C, & Life and Health license - required before start date
- Professional phone etiquette
- Experience in Hospitality, Customer Service or a college degree helpful
- Team player & outgoing, positive attitude

Responsibilities
- Review policy level issues and resolve them daily
-Answer inbound phone calls
- Cross-Sell clients additional lines of business as appropriate
- Quote and bind new business
- Support general office activity (filing, mailing, appointments)
