Excellent communication skills, phone and customer service skills, computer skills, handling customer rejection, property and casualty insurance license or willing to get licensed. Spanish not required but a plus

• Professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers, answer incoming phone calls, process customer payments and policy changes, respond to all inquiries, cancellations and sales requests, support agents with policy tasks such as scanning new policy documents and follow up phone calls.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
