You will be using your professional demeanor, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills to service new and existing accounts to achieve agency sales goals and service standards. No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem!

If you have proven your customer service and communication skills in another industry and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. We will even pay for you to get your insurance license. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $15.00 per hour base salary and can earn at least an additional $5,000 or more in commission during their first year.

Experienced applicants start with a $17.00 per hour base salary and top performers earned a minimal additional $5,000 in commission per year. • Property & Casualty insurance license is required. For the right candidate license fees will be reimbursed.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn

• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Schedule Monday - Friday 10 am - 3 pm
• 25 hours per week
