Salary Range: $57,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements

Active Insurance License: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. (We will pay any licensing fee's associated with the State's we operate in which are RI, MA, and VT currently.

*Live transfer lead experience is a PLUS*

Meet individual goals established by Agency

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Sales Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and sales tactics and meeting client needs.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Interact with prospects/clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored advice.

Sales: Effectively communicate insurance options to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.

Customer Service: Post sale; resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction post new business submittal to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain client referrals

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products to provide exceptional service to clients.
