  • No prior experience in insurance required; however, obtaining proper licensing is required before any compensation is received.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and bringing in new clients to the agency. This position allows for the perfect blend of sales and community engagement, supported by our experienced team to handle all quoting, administrative, and service needs.

  • Utilize your network and community presence to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Promote and sell property and casualty insurance, as well as life insurance products, to new clients.
  • Attend training sessions to obtain and maintain an insurance license, with expenses covered by the agency.
  • Work collaboratively with our support staff who will assist in quoting, administrative tasks, and servicing your clients.
