For the experienced with insurance that is looking for a change of scenery? we have abase salary with the option to add commissions as well, starting at $40,000 base +++.
If you are looking for a career change and are willing to get licensed, we can talk.
After 90 days, based on experience and production, there is an option to work from home on some days.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial insurance is a plus
- Licensing: An active Florida insurance license is mandatory. (220 or 440) a plus
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, guaranteeing attention to detail and quality service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software; familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Customer-focused: Excellent customer service abilities and a passion for helping others.
- Team Oriented: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Marker Insurance.
- Policy Management: Oversee and manage commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, audits, and endorsements.
- Client Consultations: Assist clients with inquiries and provide comprehensive advice on insurance policies and coverage options.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that arise with client policies in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and policy details in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with current and relevant information.
