Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial insurance and customer service roles is preferred.

Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services is preferred..

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.

Customer-Focused: A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and enhancing client satisfaction.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts and maintain accurate records.

Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and CRM tools is advantageous.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Maintain excellent communication with commercial clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding their commercial insurance policies, ensuring they receive accurate and relevant information.

Issue Resolution: Collaboratively work with teams to solve customer issues efficiently, providing effective solutions for their insurance needs.

Record Keeping: Diligently maintain records of customer interactions, policy details, and transactions to ensure seamless service continuity.

Customer Loyalty: Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and personalized experiences.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly seek feedback from clients to improve the service delivery process and enhance client satisfaction.
