Job Description

We are currently looking for looking for motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team as an insurance producer, with career growth opportunities that can include owning your own agency in the future. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients protect their properties and loved ones with our diverse insurance offerings. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing outstanding service. Our Award Winning training program is designed to provide you the freedom to learn and develop into your insurance career before branching out on your own agency through Farmers.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Insurance experience is preferred.
  • Candidates must have or be willing to obtain Property and Casualty Licenses
  • Candidates should have experience in sales or client-facing roles.
  • Candidates must demonstrate trustworthiness, reliability, and strong ethics.
  • A coachable mindset is essential.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills are crucial.
  • Motivation and determination are vital qualities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
