Job Overview

Farmers Insurance is expanding! A consistently highly-performing California agent is seeking a results-driven, team-oriented Sales Producer who thrives on goals, accountability, and results. You will receive coaching,, training, and support to achieve success!

You will be trained in all aspects of insurance sales from lead prospecting, quoting, and management through selling, persuading, closing, onboarding and continued customer relationship management.

Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.

Earning Potential

  • Entry-Level candidates start at a $40,000 base salary and generally make up to $10,000 in commission during their first year, bringing total compensation to $50,000.. (Note: commission number is not capped.)
  • Experienced candidates start at a $60,000 base salary and make up to $15,000 in commission on average, bringing total compensation to $75,000. (Note: commission number is not capped.)

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license required (assistance available)
  • Strong desire to drive towards exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, pursue, and close sales leads
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
Responsibilities
  • Leverage the agency’s automated lead system to generate and manage new business opportunities
  • Proactively follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and text and prepare customized insurance quotes tailored to client needs
  • Deliver professional, persuasive presentations with focus on addressing customer concerns by providing comprehensive risk protection information and discussing insurance policy coverage details
  • Close new business and consistently meet or exceed production goals
