Proven experience in groundskeeping or a related field.

Familiarity with lawn care equipment and maintenance techniques.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of plant care and landscaping principles.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat appearance.

Reliable transportation to the worksite in Pomeroy, Ohio.

Maintain the appearance and condition of the grounds.

Operate and maintain lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely.

Perform regular lawn care duties, including mowing, edging, watering, and fertilizing.

Identify and address any issues with turf, plants, or trees, taking appropriate action or reporting them.

Keep walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas free of debris, leaves, and snow.

Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks such as planting flowers, mulching, and preparing grounds for winter.

Ensure all tools and equipment are kept clean, organized, and in good working order.
