Requirements

Proven track record of leading and motivating service teams.

Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and diagnostics.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and relevant software.

Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work.

Lead, mentor, and develop the service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Manage customer relations, ensuring a consistently excellent service experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue and customer retention.

Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including warranties, repairs, and customer information.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Control inventory of parts and supplies, managing orders and minimizing waste.
