• Custodial Duties as listed below.

• Emergencies – Attend to emergencies when necessary for cleanup.

• Cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces including restrooms, counters, kitchens, and doorknobs/handles.

• Restocking – Restocking of paper-towels, toilet tissue, air freshener, and toilet seat barriers in restrooms. Making sure customer lounge has adequate Kleenex boxes and condiments are replenished routinely.

• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to industry.

• Safety and Security of the facility by reporting potential hazards or safety concerns.

• Proper use of personal protective equipment such as gloves, guards, ear plugs, and safety glasses.

• Proper storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals.

• Trash Disposal

• Floor upkeep by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and running floor machines.

• Window cleaning and spot cleaning.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

DAILY

BACK OF THE HOUSE:

• Maintain and clean daily technician breakroom from fingerprints and debris including wiping down top and around refrigerator, vending machines, countertop, sink, tables and chairs, mop floors and clean out refrigerator every Friday.
• Maintain and clean technician bathroom included sinks, toilets, urinals, wipe down stainless steel with cleaner and mop floors. Maintain toilet paper supply.
• Empty all trash receptacles (tech lounge/bathroom)
• Wipe all fingerprints from all doors, cabinets, and glass.
• Clean techs sink daily with citrus cleaner.

FRONT OF THE HOUSE:

• Maintain customer lounge from fingerprints and debris.
• Maintain customer kitchen area from fingerprints and debris, coffee carafes are filled throughout the day, coffee condiments are replenished routinely and start the dishwasher at the end of the day.
• Maintain Kids lounge from fingerprints and debris throughout the day (wipe down with Clorox wipes)
• Clean accounting bathroom (moping included) daily.
• Maintain employee breakroom from fingerprints and debris including wiping down top and around refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher with stainless steel cleaner and wiping down countertop, tables and chairs daily, empty sink area of dirty dishes placed in dishwasher, turn dishwasher on at the end of day, clean out refrigerator every Friday.
• Clean and wipe down all sales, F&I, sales manager, BDC center, service manager offices, and service drive thru area. Includes but not limited to, desks, podiums (all sides and tops), wiping of trash cans, heater/air fans, windows, and doors.
• Wipe all doors, windows, and cabinets down from fingerprints, bottom of stainless on doors as well.
• Check all bathrooms periodically throughout the day to make sure they have plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Please make sure they are kept cleaned up as well.
• Mop all tiled areas.
• Clean customer bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpet areas.
• Wipe down accounting desks.
• Empty customer lounge, customer bathroom, and trash
• Empty coffee car cafes and wipe down customer kitchen counters.
• Vacuum cashier’s office
