Experience: Previous experience in a service advisor role or related automotive position is preferred.

Estimate Preparation: Create detailed and accurate service estimates for a variety of automotive maintenance and repair tasks.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage service appointments to ensure timely completion of work and maintain service flow.
Coordination: Liaise between customers and the service repair team, ensuring clear communication throughout the service process.
Quality Assurance: Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
