Responsibilities

Service Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate service appointments, ensuring optimal use of workshop capacity.

Estimation and Billing: Accurately prepare cost estimates, ensuring transparency with customers, and process billing efficiently.

Communication: Serve as the conduit between customers and technicians, conveying detailed and precise job information both verbally and in writing.

Order Management: Oversee the inventory and order parts as necessary, maintaining a seamless workflow within the service department.

Follow-Up: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further queries or concerns.
