Requirements

Certification: ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an auto technician in a professional setting.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex vehicle issues.

Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and customers.

Physical Demand: Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Schedule: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Repair Services: Diagnose mechanical issues to implement effective solutions, including engine, transmission, and brake repairs.

Customer Consultation: Communicate with customers to explain vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services.

Quality Assurance: Conduct final checks to ensure repairs meet company quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Equipment Maintenance: Keep service tools and equipment in top working condition.

Documentation: Accurately log details of services performed and parts used.
