Requirements

Experience: Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and precision in handling documentation.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Communication: Proficient verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and external contacts.

Problem Solving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with automotive dealership management software and other related computer applications.

Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently as needed.

Responsibilities

Documentation Management: Accurately process and manage vehicle title paperwork, ensuring all documents are complete and filed in a timely manner.

Verification: Verify accuracy of all vehicle information related to titles and registrations before submission.

Communication: Liaise with internal departments, customers, and external agencies to resolve title issues efficiently.

Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in process efficiency related to title paperwork and documentation management.

State and Legal Compliance: Maintain an understanding of title regulations and requirements, ensuring compliance with state laws and company policies.
