Experience: Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role is preferred.

Certification: High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship is a plus.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and minor repair procedures.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on feet for extended periods.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring all work is done accurately and efficiently.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Perform oil changes and ensure proper lubrication of vehicle components.

Inspect vehicles for maintenance and safety issues.

Replenish all fluids and perform vehicle checks as required.

Recommend additional services for vehicles based on inspections.

Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools.

Assist other technicians as needed to enhance overall service efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
