Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to maintain the visual appeal of the property.

Reliability: Dependable and punctual, committed to completing assigned tasks on time.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Experience: Previous experience in grounds keeping or a related field is a plus.

Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

As a Groundskeeper, you will ensure the cleanliness and aesthetics of the Athens premises, including landscaping duties, maintaining walkways, driveways and cleaning up forest areas and repairs and light maintenance work.

Grounds Maintenance: Perform daily tasks to upkeep the appearance of the property's exterior spaces, assist with various physical tasks as directed, such as tearing down fences, digging holes, clean and rake shrub areas, including landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal as needed. *Willing to work offsite at each dealership on special projects as directed by Management.

Maintenance Assistance: Support maintenance staff with general upkeep tasks and assist with minor repairs or improvements as needed.

Equipment Operation: Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.

Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
