Grounds Maintenance: Perform daily tasks to upkeep the appearance of the company's exterior spaces, including landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal as needed. *Willing to work offsite on special projects as directed by Management. This position will include travel to Athens, Ohio.

Facility Cleanliness: Ensure that parking lots, walkways, and common areas are free of debris and maintained to a high standard.

Maintenance Assistance: Support maintenance staff with general upkeep tasks and assist with minor repairs or improvements as needed.

Equipment Operation: Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.

Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
