Requirements

Automotive Experience: Prior experience in body shop operations or automotive repair is preferred.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common objectives.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage shop operations and staff effectively.

Customer-Focused: Dedication to providing exceptional service and building positive relationships with clients.

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail when inspecting repairs and ensuring quality workmanship.

Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors effectively.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using automotive repair tools and equipment to assist in problem-solving and quality control.

Responsibilities

Supervise Daily Operations: Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their repair needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the repair process.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality workmanship, inspect finished repairs to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to body shop technicians, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork and collaboration.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
