Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail when documenting customer information and service requests. Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to quickly assess situations and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed. Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive terminology and services is a plus, but not mandatory. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, fostering a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their service needs, and provide detailed information about available services.

Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, create repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

Communication: Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles, explain service recommendations clearly, and address any concerns or questions.

Invoicing and Payment Processing: Generate accurate invoices, explain charges to customers, and process payments efficiently.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service transactions, vehicle history, and customer interactions.
