You'll be the welcoming voice and face of our agency, ensuring everyone feels heard, understood, and well taken care of. Calls will be transferred to the proper team member so that every customers is helped in the most efficient way possible. High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

A friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism.

Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and helpful manner.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the insurance agents.

Provide administrative support, including savings files, scanning, and uploading data to State Farm.

Assist clients with basic billing inquiries and direct them, if needed, to the appropriate agent or resource.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
