We are seeking Remote Licensed, Experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Producers who are ready to help our customers with auto, home, life, renters insurance & more. Our successful trusted advisors help our clients understand the importance of proper coverage and help educate them on why insurance is so important.

Remote candidates must have a valid P&C Insurance License AND a minimum 2 years’ experience selling Property & Casualty Insurance, preferably in a captive agency setting in order to be considered. Only candidates meeting these minimum requirements will be contacted.



Eligible for Base Wage (DOE) + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities 

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
  • MUST have a minimum 2 years selling P&C Insurance *REQUIRED*
  • MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
  • MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated work station set up for an office (if applying for the remote position)
  • Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability – showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
  • Desire to want to help educate others on insurance – how and why it’s important to have the proper coverage
  • Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
  • Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license
  • Previous Allstate Insurance Experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities

Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

  • Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why it’s so important to have proper coverage
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Answer the phone and assist walk in customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs
