Insurance Sales Rep


Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping clients, and a deep understanding of various insurance products. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring clients get the coverage they need to protect their assets and loved ones.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

-Active Alabama property and casualty insurance license.

-Experience in insurance sales or a related field.

-Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.).

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Ability to pass background and credit checks.

Responsibilities

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

-Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking with centers of influence.

-Meet with clients to understand their needs, assess risk, and provide suitable insurance solutions (auto, home, life, etc.).

-Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
