Customer Service/Sales Position


Job Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, personable, creative minded individual to fill a Customer Service/Sales position in our busy insurance agency.  We are looking for someone insurance licensed or willing to be licensed immediately. The position is Full Time, or a part time opportunity may also be available. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are a must. Applicant needs to have experience on computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Good at problem solving, enjoy helping others, multi-tasking and being detailed oriented are also especially important. 

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements

Insurance licensed or willing to study to be licensed immediately.

Responsibilities

Some daily tasks include;


-Answering phones, responding to emails and voicemails.

-Collecting quote information from interested prospects

-Data Entry

-Helping customers with billing, policy questions and changes

-Processing customer payments. 

-Filing

-Scanning Documents into our computer system.

-Assisting in reporting insurance claims.

-Keeping the office organized and professional.
