Insurance Customer Service Rep


Job Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, personable, creative minded individual to fill a Customer Service/Sales position in our busy insurance agency. We are looking for someone insurance licensed or willing to be licensed immediately. The position is Full Time, or a part time opportunity may also be available. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are a must. Applicant needs to have experience on computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Good at problem solving, enjoy helping others, multi-tasking and being detailed oriented are also especially important. Property & Casualty License Preferred.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Answering phones, responding to emails and voicemails.
  • Collecting quote information from interested prospects
  • Helping customers with billing, policy questions and changes
  • Processing customer payments. 
  • Scanning Documents into our computer system.
  • Assisting in reporting insurance claims.
  • Keeping the office organized and professional.
