Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: A valid South Carolina Property & Casualty License is highly preferred but we will pay for training and state license exams for the right candidate.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, inside sales or a customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focused: A genuine commitment to providing excellent service and advice to clients.

Integrity: High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Sales Acumen: An ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively close deals.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by understanding and addressing client needs effectively.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and services to offer the most informed advice.

Paperwork Management: Manage all required documentation accurately and efficiently.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for client growth and better service delivery.
