Requirements
- Must have previous sales experience, outbound calling or call center experience to be considered.
- Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
- Basic computer software knowledge. Agency Management System (AMS) is a BONUS.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts and policy details to clients in a clear, understandable, and client-friendly manner, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.
- Must have strong typing skills, efficiently entering and processing data to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Must maintain a call time quote of 2-3 hours or as directed by management.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, warm leads, internet leads, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Skillfully address client objections and concerns, utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections, ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.
