The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our sales team to identify and capitalize on both new and existing client opportunities. Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies and advocating for our exceptional range of mortgage financing products and services. This position is ideally suited for individuals with prior experience in sales and who possess a keen aptitude for time management, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. Salary Base 40k plus Commission - Minimum 0f 90k +

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Possession of a PA NMLS License  
• Superior customer service and communication skills  
• Loan Officer with experience managing the entire loan process.  
• Loan officer must be able to establish relationships with Builders, sales agents, and borrowers provided by the owner while maintaining and growing their book of business. 

• You will be provided Leads and Buyers through Real Estate Team
• Candidate must be a self-starter.  
• Candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with the clients throughout the entire loan process. 
• Maintain close oversight of the office pipeline.
