We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Account Manager who will serve as the cornerstone of client satisfaction. This role involves managing client accounts, answering service inquiries, assisting with billing questions, and offering products that add value to our clients’ portfolios. Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license within 60 days. (licensing reimbursed upon permanent hire)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!
  • Genuine willingness to learn, with a positive, coachable attitude.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from existing clients and provide top-tier service.
  • Make outbound calls to assist current clients with their insurance needs.
  • Send timely, professional emails and follow-ups.
  • Handle billing questions, account updates, and policy changes.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and company initiatives.
  • Proactively offer products to enhance client coverage or savings.
