Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Must obtain a PC Insurance license within first 60 days of being licensed- licensing process is paid for
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
CORE JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives.
- Develops an agency relationship with existing and new clients
- Answer incoming calls from existing clients, service calls
- Making outbound calls to assist current clients
- Assists with billing questions, account updates
