We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with policy inquiries, coverage explanations, billing questions, and claims support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to communicate clearly while delivering a high level of service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous customer service experience required; insurance or financial services experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Spanish and English
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or agency management systems
• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions in a clear and understandable manner
• Assist customers with billing questions, payments, and policy updates
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Support clients through the claims process by providing guidance and follow-up
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems
• Collaborate with agents, underwriters, and other team members to resolve customer concerns
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell appropriate insurance products when applicable
