We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. No prior experience in insurance is required, as we will provide all the training you need to succeed. This position offers a base salary of $30,000, with a lucrative commission plan and bonus opportunities. First-year hires have the potential to earn between $65,000 and $85,000 annually. There is also room for career progression, with the opportunity to be promoted to a Team Lead.

Requirements
  • License: Candidate must have or be willing to obtain an Active Property and Casualty License. Required for start date.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Enthusiastic and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Honest and operates with integrity.
  • Persistent and resourceful in overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone or in person.
  • Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Ensure all clients receive exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive, competitive, and supportive office environment.
