Mon-Fri Schedule
Licensing: Must possess (or be willing to obtain) state Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Drive: Self-motivated with a focus on meeting sales targets and professional growth.
Develop New Business: Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and community referrals to meet monthly sales goals.
Conduct Insurance Reviews: Evaluate client needs and current coverage to recommend tailored solutions for Auto, Home, Life, and Business policies.
Generate Quotes: Provide accurate premium estimates and explain coverage options, limits, and deductibles to prospective clients.
Close Sales: Overcome objections and finalize policy applications, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately.
Maintain Client Relationships: Provide exceptional service to existing policyholders to encourage renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state insurance laws and company underwriting guidelines.
Manage Lead Pipelines: Use CRM software to track activity, follow up on leads, and document client interactions.
