Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Michigan Property & Casualty License (required or willing to obtain within 30 days)
• Life Insurance License (preferred or willing to obtain soon after hire)
• Sales, customer service, or related experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-driven
• Comfortable with basic office tech and software

• Consult with clients to understand their coverage needs for home, auto, business, and life
• Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and policy renewals
• Clearly explain coverage options in plain language
• Keep client records updated and organized
• Help with policy reviews and provide top-notch service
• Stay current on insurance products and licensing requirements
