• Valid state insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement
