Ohio Property & Casualty License (Required)

Proven sales experience in personal and commercial insurance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage options.

Customer-centric approach with a passion for client satisfaction.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software and insurance quoting tools.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with personal and commercial insurance clients.

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage.

Process new business applications and policy renewals accurately and efficiently.

Handle client inquiries, claims, and policy changes with professionalism and care.

Develop sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

Collaborate with underwriting teams to secure the best coverage for clients.
