We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our small, collaborative team. In this part-time role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients, solving problems, and making a real impact. You’ll work closely with clients and the internal team while enjoying the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

• Process payments and handle policy changes
• Monitor policy lapse reports and take action as needed
• Assist clients with initiating and tracking claims
• Manage voicemail, open the office, and maintain daily client communications
