Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED)
- Prior experience in a captive agency environment Allstate preferred
- Proven sales performance must be verifiable
- Willing and able to work a Pacific Time Zone Schedule
- Strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a positive attitude
- Self-disciplined and dependable, especially in a remote setting
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a team environment
Responsibilities
- Drive new business production to meet or exceed monthly goals
- Call qualified warm leads daily to generate quotes and close sales
- Recommend personalized insurance solutions tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of activity and client interactions
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
