Dental Insurance

• Have a Washington Property & Casualty insurance license (or are willing to obtain one).
• Be willing and able to commute to our Issaquah or Kent, WA Agency locations
• Bilingual Spanish / English highly desired
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage high call volumes.
• Demonstrate dependability and reliability, arriving on time and ready to contribute.
• Are coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Are detail-oriented and able to follow proven agency processes.

• Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, payments, and coverage recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
• Cross-selling products and services to our existing customers prior sales experience strongly preferred
• Support the sales team by making outbound calls to offer additional services and schedule appointments.
• Handle multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
