Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
License: Property & Casualty License required
Experience: 3+ years customer service experience, preferably within an independent agency environment.

Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback on products and services to help improve the customer experience.
Record Keeping: Manage and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information to ensure records are up-to-date.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed of the latest company policies and procedures.
