• We are looking for cold calling and appointment experienced candidates only
• 1 year appointment setting/cold calling experience is a must
• Insurance agency experience is a plus
• Bilingual is preferred

• Making outbound calls
• Making follow up calls
• Results driven mentality
• Prospecting to new business via phone, email, direct mail, and social media etc.
• Assist with setting up appointments and helping with follow up
• Exceptional communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• A willingness to be coached and the ability to follow instructions closely
